Welcome to our Kindergarten

Naracoorte North Kindergarten provides world class education for four and five year olds in their eligible year before school.

We believe learning is a life long journey and at Naracoorte North Kindergarten, opportunities are provided for all (educators, children and families) to engage in active, collaborative and innovative learning. Children learn through play, quality interactions and relationships. A stimulating, challenging program is based on current curriculum and research.

We are co-located with the Naracoorte Child Day Care Centre and work closely together, sharing the environment, resources and staff.

Session Times

Our Kindergarten sessions are:

Monday/Tuesday 8:30am – 3:30pm

OR

Wednesday/Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Each group has an additional 6 Fridays over their year at Kindergarten.

All children attending our Kindergarten program are offered supervised lunch time care.

Children who live out of town are able to access a school bus service to attend Kindergarten. Please see an educator for information.

Playgroup Sessions

Our Playgroup runs on Friday mornings during term time from 9:30am to 11:00am.

Registrations are capped at 44 children per term due to our capacity. Please ensure you register by calling the Kindergarten.

Playgroup is an excellent opportunity for parents/carers and their children, from birth to school age, to interact, and provides opportunities for children to learn through play.

It is also a chance for families to meet each other and enjoy the facilities and experiences offered by the Kindergarten.
