Naracoorte North Kindergarten
Growing & Learning Together – empowering children for a successful and sustainable future
Welcome to our Kindergarten
Naracoorte North Kindergarten provides world class education for four and five year olds in their eligible year before school.
We believe learning is a life long journey and at Naracoorte North Kindergarten, opportunities are provided for all (educators, children and families) to engage in active, collaborative and innovative learning. Children learn through play, quality interactions and relationships. A stimulating, challenging program is based on current curriculum and research.
We are co-located with the Naracoorte Child Day Care Centre and work closely together, sharing the environment, resources and staff.
Our kindergarten sessions are:
- Monday to Thursday, 8.45 am – 3.15 pm
- Friday, 8.45 am – 11.45 am
All children attending our Kindergarten program are offered supervised lunch time care.
Children who live out of town are able to access a school bus service to attend Kindergarten. Please see staff for information.
Our Playgroup sessions are Monday to Thursday for morning or afternoon sessions. Morning sessions are 9.30 am to 11.00 am. Afternoon sessions are 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Numbers are limited to 7 families per session. Playgroup is an excellent opportunity for parents/carers and their children, from birth to school age, to interact, and provides opportunities for children to learn through play.
It is also a chance for families to meet each other and enjoy the facilities and experiences offered by the Kindergarten.
